From the AU in which Antonio's mother baby sits neighbor hood kids and since Antonio is too young for school, he gets to help~

One of the kids she baby sits is Lovino Vargas, Antonio's personal favorite because his chubby cheeks (most of the other kids she sits for are already about his age)
